"Where is your studio?"
The Active Voicing™ studio is located in Northwest Arkansas, home to the world's largest retailer and the world's largest producer and marketer of protein products.

"Why don't you charge for production time in straight narration and voice over projects?"
Without trying to sound too much like a furniture store ad, we have low overhead and pass the savings on to you. Active Voicing is a young, small operation that is able to keep its own costs of operations low. To get a foothold in the general market and to establish a loyal client base, owner James Spencer is able to provide aggressive pricing and to include services like editing straight narration and voice overs without cost.

"What is your experience and background?"
The owner of Active Voicing, James Spencer, has been in broadcasting and video/multimedia production for two decades. While Active Voicing is just getting started, James is already well seasoned. From producing simple radio spots, to writing, shooting, editing, and narrating corporate videos, to driving the design and production of Web sites, James has worked in many areas of the communications industry. If you're in advertising, video and multimedia production, or corporate communications, he can speak your language and understands your challenges and needs.

"How do you deliver your narration or voice over to your client?"
We can deliver your project via e-mail or by the more traditional route of CD-ROM via the shipping method you choose. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 for the old fashioned methods, along with the cost of shipping.

"How do we pay you?"
We will issue an invoice at the end of the job. You may choose to pay via check and the mail or by using your credit card through Paypal by using the "Buy Now" button at the bottom of our Pricing and Contact pages. When you use your credit card through Paypal, we don't see your credit card information, so there is an added layer of security for you.
